Website maintenance and technical support
Corrections, updates and improvements for your website. We maintain websites built by Febraio Tech and assess websites developed by other teams as well.
The challenge
Your website needs corrections, current content or a team to continue the work. You do not need to have commissioned it from us to request an assessment. We first review the platform, available access and operational requirements.
Our approach
We assess the website and its dependencies, prioritise the work and define responsibilities. The proposal can cover a specific intervention or ongoing maintenance with agreed scope and service conditions.
What we can deliver
- Initial platform and dependency assessment
- Agreed corrections to pages, forms and integrations
- Content updates and navigation improvements
- Performance, mobile experience and technical SEO improvements
- Update and backup planning for the environment
- Change records and an agreed maintenance routine
Websites built by other suppliers
We assess the technology, code, documentation and external services before taking over maintenance. When the existing structure supports the work, we improve it. If a platform change or redesign is needed, we explain the reasons and alternatives before adding it to the scope.
One-off corrections and ongoing maintenance
A specific intervention may address a broken form, outdated content or an integration issue. Ongoing work defines update routines, request priorities and included services. Channels, response conditions and work outside the package are recorded in the proposal.
Request a website assessment
Share the website address, the platform if known, the issue and its urgency. Tell us whether you control the hosting, editing panel and code; technical access is arranged during assessment. Febraio Tech is based in Lauro de Freitas, Bahia, Brazil, and works remotely.
