Data and purposes
To deliver pages and protect the application, the infrastructure processes IP addresses, technical request data and security logs. Your language preference is used to display the selected version. The project form collects your name, email, optional company, selected solution, project description and permission to contact you so we can evaluate and respond to your enquiry. The record is stored in our database with restricted access. If you contact us through WhatsApp or email, we receive the information you choose to share. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive information in an initial enquiry.
Optional analytics
Google Analytics 4 loads only if you allow analytics. It helps us understand page visits, language, general traffic sources and contact clicks. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers or briefing content as event parameters. Advertising cookies and ad personalisation remain disabled.
Providers and international processing
Hosting and the database run on a Hostinger VPS. Briefings may be sent to the responsible team through Brevo transactional email, which processes the content needed for delivery and may use infrastructure in other countries. When authorised, Google processes measurement data and may use infrastructure in other countries. WhatsApp and email are external services with their own policies. Country-based language selection uses a DB-IP database stored on our server; this lookup does not send your IP address to DB-IP.
Storage and choices
Your language choice may be retained for up to one year. Your analytics preference is stored for 180 days; measurement cookies are configured to expire within 180 days and may renew with use. Analytics user and event data retention is configured for two months; aggregate reports follow Google’s rules. Technical logs use file rotation. Contact data is retained as needed to respond, maintain a business relationship and meet applicable obligations.
Your requests
You may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion where applicable and withdrawal of consent through the privacy contact. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You can change your analytics choice at any time on the /en/cookies page.
